Chef Jerome has been living in Fermanagh for the last 10 years but originates from Sedan in the North East of France near the Belgian border. Jerome started his culinary journey under the guidance and influence of the late 1 Star Michelin Chef Jean Pierre Toulejbiez, who was his Father-in-Law at the time and who first inspired Jerome to become a chef. Jerome has mastered the art of Irish cooking with the added twist of French cuisine and a hint of Belgian flare.
The Porter Lounge offers a sumptuous Grill Menu with everything from light bites to Filet Mignon. On a Sunday during the winter months we serve Sunday Lunch all day and in the Spring/Summer Sunday in BBQ day on the terrace and in the restaurant.
The Porter Lounge Restaurant can seat up to 30 people in one sitting and our Porter Suite upstairs caters for Functions of 20-30 people offering a buffet style service or a 2/3 course seated menu for Christenings, Birthdays, Confirmation & Communion etc.
